If the problem persists, please continue to the detailed steps below. Re-install the battery (for removable battery models) and connect the AC adapter, then try to restart your laptop.Press and hold the Power button for 40 seconds.(These models need to plug in the AC adapter to do the Hard reset process.) Note: Please don’t remove the AC adapter for ASUS laptop TP420IA and UX425IA model. Remove the battery (some models may not remove the battery, please continue to next) and the AC adapter.If you experience that the laptop cannot power on, you can try to do Hard reset first, some laptops with this kind of issue will be resolved.
